Oxriver is located by the village No close to Ringkøbing. With its six lakes and more than 1000 meters long stream, Oxriver is one of the biggest and most beautiful Put & Takes in Denmark. Fishing areas are varied and suitable for everyone from families to the experienced fly fisherman. Due to the high content of oxygen, the water is incredibly clean and clear which provides healthy and eager-to-bite fish in both streams and pools. Varied sizes of rainbow and lake trout are every day released to the streams and pools from Oxriver’s own fishfarm and in certain periods also char, golden and brook trout. In 2014 Oxriver released a total of 30.000 kilos of fish and in 2015 the goal is 35.000 kilos. Follow us on Facebook and on www.oxriver.dk. Oxriver offers free parking, BBQ area, fire pit, indoor and outdoor picnic areas, and toilets as well as fish-cleaning facilities. You can fish at two locations Stampevej 3 and Stampevej 8. STAMPEVEJ 3 At this location is circa 50.000 m2 of fishing water divided in five big lakes. Four of the five lakes are connected to the a beautiful natural stream with 35 rapids and a depth up to 2,5 meters and a width of 7-9 meters. STAMPEVEJ 8 A beautiful, big and deep lake covering ca. 6000m2 here offers excellent fishing. The depth of the lake varies from 4-8 meters.
