Ellemose Put & Take lies in beautiful rolling countryside near Hygum Hills, 7 km northwest of Lemvig, towards Thyborøn. The lake is approx. 6,000 m², with varying depths of up to 6 metres. During the high season, trout from 1-10 kg are put out daily. It is possible to catch rainbow trout, river trout and char. No limitations on catches. Shelters have been set up round the lake. Close to the lake there are a grill barbecue and bonfire site, an outdoor fish-cleaning facility as well as tables and benches. In the log cabin at the lake there are an invalid toilet, fishing tackle, sweets and soft drink vending machines as well as tables and benches. Accommodation 135 m² house at the lake can be rented (max. 6 persons) for Kr. 150 per person per day for 4 persons. The house has a large living room with stove, two rooms, kitchen and bathroom. You must bring your own bedlinen and towels. How to get there From Lemvig follow Lemvigvej (513) approx. 4.3 km. Then turn off towards Thyborøn along Thyborønvej (181) approx. 2.6 km. From here it is easy to follow our signs for the last 1 km. New feature: 600 m² children’s lake, with lots of trout. There is also a grill area with free firewood. Super family location for picnic lunches.
